The petitioners are aggrieved by alleged encroachment on his bhumidhari land in the form of construction of a kharanja road. 3. The learned standing counsel has instructions from the Sub Divisional Magistrate, Rudauli, District Ayodhya to the effect that the petitioners' bhumidhari land is not being encroached at all and the proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 have also been finalized and the said decision has also been implemented. 4. The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the statement of the standing counsel. If the petitioner has any other grievance, he should avail other remedies as may be prescribed in law.
