There are some dues against the petitioner as is evident from Annexure No.4 dated 11.08.2022, which are to the tune of about Rs.5,11,940/- as pointed out by Ms. Aprajita Bansal, who appears for Power Corporation Ltd. Therefore, mere fact that some small amounts have been deposited by the petitioner cannot be a ground for interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India in a matter where the electricity connection has been disconnected for the aforesaid reason.
