Ms. Manisha Rana Singh, D.A.G. for the State. Hon’ble Ravindra Maithani, J. (Oral) Delay in filing counter affidavit is condoned. Counter affidavit is taken on record. Delay Condonation Application, IA No.1 of 2025, stands disposed of, accordingly. 2. Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.622 of 2016, under Sections 302 and 201 IPC, Police Station Kotwali Haridwar, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 3. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 4. This is the fourth bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.1521 of 2019, was rejected on 23.07.2020. The second bail application, being BA2 No.62 of 2022, was rejected on 17.08.2022. The third bail 2 application, being BA3 No.14 of 2024, was dismissed as withdrawn on 14.10.2024. 5. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that the co-accused, who is facing trial with the applicant, has already been granted bail. 6. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel. 7. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 8. The bail application is allowed. 9. Let the applicant be released on bail, on her executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
