The instant appeal has been filed under Section 14A (2) of SC/ ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act on behalf of the appellant, apprehending his arrest in connection with Case Crime No. 76 of 2013, under Sections 147, 148, 323 504, 506, 379 IPC and Section 3(1)(10) of the SC and ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, P.S. Sakeet, District Etah. Learned counsel for the appellants submits that the appellants have falsely been implicated in this case. On the other hand, learned AGA submitted that the instant appeal virtue of Section 18 of SC/ST Act, anticipatory bail application is not maintainable in case offence under Section SC/ST act is involved. Accordingly, the instant appeal is dismissed. However, in case the appellants approaches and apply for bail the same shall be considered in accordance with law.
