Pratibha Awasthi) filed by respondent under section 13 of the Act against the petitioner for divorce which is pending since 12.04.2024 for its disposal in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
