ORAL ORDER:
Heard Ms. P. Vijaya Kumari, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, Sri M. Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development and Sri S. Vijaya Kumar, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri A.S.C. Bose, learned Standing Counsel for Municipal Corporations.
2. Para 8 of the Affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition would indicate that the Writ Petitioner has already approached Lokayuktha and lodged a complaint bearing Case No.514 of 2025.
3. During the enquiry before the Lokayuktha, it appears that the Petitioner, having been unsuccessful getting the required relief, has approached this Court. It appears that the Writ Petitioner has resorted to forum shopping which practice is deprecated by this Court.
4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
5. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
