In view of the substantial compliance made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition. 5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.3130 of 2025, dated 03.03.2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent-Police daily at 10.00 a.m., until further orders.
