1. The present contempt application has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding as against the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 alleging wilful violation of the order dated 14th May, 2024 passed by this Court in W.P.(S) No.4048 of 2019.
2. It is jointly submitted by the learned counsel for the parties that the aforesaid order passed by this Court has now been complied.
3. Considering the said submission, there is no need to proceed further in the present contempt matter. The contempt proceeding as against the Opposite Party Nos.2 and 3 is, hereby, dropped.
4. The contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of.
5. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take appropriate recourse, as provided under law, for redressal of his subsisting grievance (if any).
