In pursuance of earlier order dated 05.03.2025 passed by this Court, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel submits that after considering the audit objections an amount of about Rs. 60,000/- is approved and for that papers have been forwarded to Finance Controller, Secondary Education and he submits that said amount will be paid within three weeks. 3. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that according to petitioner’s case amount ought to be about Rs. 1 lakh and this writ petition may be disposed of taking note of above submission with liberty that if petitioner remain aggrieved he can approach the concerned respondent by filing a detail representation. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, taking note of submission of learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel this writ petition is disposed of with observation that petitioner if remain dissatisfied with the amount so paid, he can approach the concerned respondent by filing a detail representation.
