Barabanki wherein it has been stated that the sole appellant Sheetal Prasad S/o Raja Ram has died during the pendency of the Appeal. The statements of the Village Pradhan, the Sub Inspector of the Police Station concerned and also of near relatives of the appellant, have been enclosed to the said report. Since the sole appellant- Sheetal Prasad S/o Raja Ram, has died during the pendency of the Appeal, the instant Appeal is liable to be dismissed as abated.
