The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing the impugned order dated 20.01.2025 passed by opposite party no. 3 i.e. Additional Commissioner, Administration, Ayodhya Division Ayodhya contained as Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition." On being confronted, the learned Counsel for the petitioners states that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh with proper pleadings, annexing therewith a copy of order(s) dated 30.12.1997, 23.06.2018 and 05.07.18 indicated in the order dated 10.10.2019 passed by Collector, District-Ayodhya, U.P./Record Officer, Faizabad now Ayodhya and documents in support thereof. To the aforesaid prayer, learned Standing Counsel has no objection. Accordingly, the present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. Office is directed to return back all the certified/original copies of order and documents, annexed in the present petition, to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, if she applies for the and submit the copies of same.
