The said appeal pertains to mutation of patta in favour of Subbu, Kalimuthu and Chinniah. The grievance of the petitioner is that the said appeal has been pending before the respondent, without any progress. 4.In the light of the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent to hear the appeal on merits and in accordance with law, after giving an opportunity to the petitioner as well as present pattathars Subbu, Kalimuthu and Chinniah and thereafter, the respondent shall pass final orders, within a period of eight [8] weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
