Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner. 2. The present petition has been filed challenging an order dated 06.12.2024 whereby, the delay in preferring the revision, which was 47 days, was rejected. 3. Considering the delay to be very small and no useful purpose would be served by keeping the matter pending, the order impugned dated 06.12.2024 is set aside. The writ petition is allowed. 4. The matter is remanded to the revisional court to pass orders on revision on merits in accordance with law. 5. As the matter is a very old, the revision shall be decided within six months from the date of receipt of this order without granting any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. 6. It is made clear that in case, the opposite parties are aggrieved with the present order, they would be at liberty to move an appropriate application to recall the present order. 7. Let a copy of this order be sent to the revisional court by the Senior Registrar of this Court for compliance. 8. The petitioner is directed to appear before the revisional court along with a certified copy of this order on 01.05.2025.
