The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the Learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) District Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Civil Suit No.616 of 2021 filed on 27.7.2021 {Amit Kumar Yadav Vs. Shivraji and others) expeditiously as early as possible." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court. 4. In case written statement has not yet been filed, the petitioner would be at liberty to move an appropriate application under Order VIII Rule 10 of C.P.C., which shall be considered in accordance with law.
