Counsel for petitioner is fair enough to admit that the petitioner has not turned up in his office to pursue the writ petition since long despite giving information. No interim stay order in favour of the petitioner against impugned order was passed, hence, it is assumed that the grievance of petitioner has been satisfied, therefore, he seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition but with liberty to file a fresh writ petition, in case any fresh cause of action arises or survives. 3.
