Ms. Samidha, learned counsel for the NHAI says that the land which has been acquired is not for the purpose of NHAI, assuming if it has been so acquired. In fact, construction on the acquired land is taking place by Public Works Department National Highway Division of Central Government. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw this writ petition and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file a fresh. 5.
