Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties no.1 to 3 to obtain call detail record and location of mobile numbers of 26.06.2024 of accused persons of case crime no.0151/2024 under section 498A, 323, 504, 506, 427 IPC and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. Police Station Bihar District Unnao lodged by the opposite party no.4 and make it part of investigation in the interest of justice. Names of accused persons and their mobile numbers are mentioned in para 10 of the petition." 3. Learned A.G.A., on instructions, states that in this case, charge sheet has been filed in court on 15.4.2025. 4. In view thereof, no further direction is required to be given. 5.
