Second, Pratapgarh to expedite the proceedings and decide the Issue No.6 (Six) as well as the Regular Suit No.270 of 2008, Kamaluddin Versus Nizamuddin and another within such time bound period as may be deemed fit and fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the relief as sought, the present petition is disposed off directing the concerned court to consider and decide the abovesaid suit in accordance with law with all expedition preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
