The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to direct the opposite party no.1 i.e. Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kunda, Pratapgarh to decide the Original Suit No.504/2019; Ram Naresh Yadav Versus Ram Kailash pending before the Civil Judge, Junior Division, Kunda, Pratapgarh, expeditiously, within a period as prescribed by this Hon'ble court preferably with six months." 3. It is argued by the Counsel for the petitioner that no written statement has been filed. 4. Considering the fact that the matter is of the year 2019, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court. 5. In case the written statement has not yet been filed, the petitioner would be at liberty to move an appropriation application under Order VIII Rule 10 of C.P.C., which shall be considered in accordance with law.
