Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA and perused the record. 2. The accused-applicant seeks bail in FIR/Case Crime No.0449 of 2024 under section 103(1), 115(2) BNS, P.S. Bangarmanu, District Unnao. 3. In terms of the FIR, it was lodged that the husband of the informant used to beat her daughter and on 26.10.2024, he drank and beat her to death. Subsequently the informant has turned hostile and does not supported the prosecution story, as is evident from the statement dated 08.08.2025 filed along with the supplementary affidavit. 4. Considering the said statement, the applicant who is in custody since 27.10.2024 and has no criminal history is entitled for the bail. Thus the bail application is allowed. 5. Let the applicant Sarun be released on bail in aforesaid FIR/Case Crime Number subject to his furnishing a personal bond and two reliable sureties each of the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned with the following conditions: (a) The applicant shall execute a bond to undertake to attend the hearings; (b) The applicant shall not commit any offence similar to the offence of which he is accused or suspected of the commission; and Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Dheerendra Singh Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A.
