THIS PETITION COMING ON FOR CONCILIATION BEFORE SPECIAL LOK ADALAT, THE FOLLOWING CONCILIATION ORDER IS PASSED. CONCILIATION ORDER The petitioner/accused and the respondent/complainant along with their counsel are present and they have filed the joint memo. In terms of the joint memo, the parties have settled the dispute amicably wherein petitioner has agreed to pay an amount of Rs.1,80,000/- as full and final settlement excluding the amount of Rs.1,04,000/- which is already deposited by the petitioner before the Trial Court. In terms of the settlement, the amount of Rs.1,80,000/- to be paid on or before 01.06.2025. The petitioner has no objection to withdraw the amount of Rs.1,04,000/- which is deposited before the I Additional Civil Judge and JMFC, Malavalli in C.C.No.611/2018 and further, the petitioner has agreed that in default of payment as agreed by 3 her, the petitioner shall pay the fine amount of Rs.4,25,000/- to the respondent. 3. In view of the said joint memo, this revision petition is allowed and the petitioner is acquitted for the offence punishable under Section 138 of N.I. Act. 4. The entire amount shall be released in favour of the respondent/complainant, on proper identification. 5. In view of the joint memo, the Judgment of the Trial Court shall stand modified accordingly.
