The petitioner is permitted to move an application before the opposite party No.5 raising his grievance regarding utilization of his land without acquiring or purchasing the same, whereupon, the opposite party No.5 shall get the facts verified, unless it has already been done and an appropriate decision shall be taken i.e. if it is found that the said land is being utilized without acquiring or purchasing the same, then immediately the work will have to be stopped, unless ofcourse, the petitioner consents to such utilization subject to the payment of sale consideration or compensation, as the case may be. It shall be open for the opposite parties to purchase the said land if the petitioner consents, or to acquire it compulsorily.
