In view of the order proposed to be passed by this Court, notice to the private-respondent(s) is dispensed with. The present petition has been filed for the following main relief:- "(i) issue a direction to the opposite party No. 1 i.e. Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil Lambhua, District-Sultanpur to decide the pending case No. T202504680300771 under section 116 of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 "Smt. Shiv Kumar & others Versus Umesh Singh & others", since 4.3.2020, expeditiously within stipulated period as early as possible." Considering the facts as stated, particularly the period of pendency of the case, which appears to be pending since March 2020, this petition is disposed of with direction to opposite party no.1 to consider and decide the pending case in issue, quoted in the prayer clause, most expeditiously, after affording full opportunity of hearing to the parties, but without granting any unnecessary adjournment, preferably within a period of one year from the next date fixed before it, if there is no other legal impediment in this regard. It is made clear that the Court has not examined the case of either party on merits and the Authority concerned shall be free to decide the matter strictly in accordance with law.
