Shivkumar alias Jethu,, under Order 7 Rule 1 of Civil Procedure Code 1908, which is pending since 15.04.2024." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit.
