Pegu for the applicant, who has filed this application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act, 1963 with prayer for condonation of delay of 26 (Twenty Six) days. 2. Learned counsel Mr. D. Mondal is present for respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3. 3. Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are not represented today. 4. It is submitted that the applicant has a good case. The delay was not intentional and there was no negligence on the part of the applicant. Due to formalities of the Insurance Company relating to the communication of the judgment and order impugned by the applicant to the Insurer and reply from the Insurer, there arose a delay of 26 (Twenty Six) days. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection. 6. Thereby, delay is condoned. Registry to register the connected appeal and to reflect the name of learned counsel Mr. D.
