Heard Sri Ajay Kishor Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri Aditya Mohan, who has filed his Vakalatnama on behalf of respondent nos.1 and 2. The said Vakalatnama is taken on record. 2. Present petition has been filed claiming that the petitioners are entitled for reimbursement of the medical expenses, which has not been paid by the respondents. 3. The said issue with regard to medical reimbursement was decided by this Court vide judgment dated 13.02.2023 passed in Writ - A No.2000284 of 2014 'Mohammad Aslam and 4 Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & Ors.' (Annexure - 11). 4. Considering the fact that the entitlement has already been decided by this Court in the case of Mohammad Aslam & Ors. (supra), the present petition is disposed of directing the respondents to process the medical claims made by the petitioners in accordance with law and in the light of the judgment in the case of Mohammad Aslam & Ors.
