He would also submit that a notice, under Section 35(3) of BNSS, has been served on the detenue, who is not any under kind of detention. This notice is said to have been served, in Crime No.70 of 2025, registered with the Narasaraopet Rural police station. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner does not dispute these facts. 2 3. In the circumstances, nothing further survives in this Writ Petition and accordingly, this Writ Petition is closed leaving it open to the petitioner or the detenue to agitate their rights in an appropriate forum.
