Learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has provided written instructions received by him, which is taken on record. 3. A perusal of the written instructions shows that Mrs. Khushboo Devi, respondent no.6 has been selected on the basis of 11.54 percent of total marks obtained, she comes under BPL category and educational qualification being graduation whereas the educational qualification of Ms. Ruchi, the petitioner is only Intermediate and her total percentage of marks is 6.86, therefore, on the basis of BPL and merit of educational qualification, the petitioner has been given the second preference. 4. Considering the fact that the selection has been done in accordance with the policy laid down by the Government dated 21.3.2023 so also the advertisement, there appears to be no illegality in the selection. 5. The petition being devoid of merit is accordingly dismissed.
