(paper no. 4C-2) in Regular Suit No. 202 of 2020 "Smt. Salma Bano Vs. Siyaram and others" pending before him, date fixed as 28.04.2025 expeditiously within stipulated period as early as possible, as contained in Annexure No.1 to this petition, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the reliefs as prayed for, the present petition is disposed of directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid application with all expedition, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
