1. The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioners alleging non-compliance of order of this Court dated 06.11.2024 passed in WPS No.
2 7092 of 2024. Vide order dated 06.11.2024, this Court has passed the following
order/direction:-
“Taking into consideration the limited prayer made by learned counsel for petitioners, without commenting anything on the merits, this petition is disposed of in light of Faguvaram Patel (Supra) reserving liberty to the petitioners to make detailed representation before the concerned respondent/competent authority. In the event, petitioners submit representation, their claim shall be considered and decided, in accordance with the relevant rules and law expeditiously preferably within the period of ‘three months’ from the date of receipt of such representation, keeping in mind the decision in case of Faguvaram Patel(Supra). ”

Learned counsel for the petitionerss as well as the learned counsel for the State/respondents contended that the order passed by this court in WPS No. 7092 of 2024 vide order dated 06.11.2024 has been complied with.
3. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the
order passed by this court with utmost circumspection.
4. In view of the submission, made by the learned counsel for both the parties, this court is of the considered opinion that the order passed by this court in WPS No. 7092 of 2024 vide order dated 06.11.2024 has been complied with and there remains no willful disobedience on the part of the respondents.
