LPA-673-2025 (O&M) The challenge in the instant intra Court appeal is to the order dated 09.12.2024 passed by the learned Single Judge of this Court, whereby writ petition (CWP-20849-2014) filed by the appellant challenging the award dated 07.11.2013 (Annexure P-4 with the writ petition) was dismissed. Vide judgment dated 12.03.2025, passed by this Court, a similar appeal i.e. LPA No.25-2025, along with six other appeals, arisen out of the same judgment dated 09.12.2024 (which is under challenge in this appeal), was disposed of by this Court with the direction that the enhanced compensation awarded by the learned Single Judge, would carry interest @ 6% per annum. The issue involved in the present appeal is squarely covered by the aforesaid judgment. 3. In view of the said fact, the present appeal is disposed of in the same terms as in LPA-25-2025. 4.
