The issues involved in all these writ petitions are common, except to the extent that in some writ petitions vires of few provisions of Sabka Vishwas (Legacy Dispute Resolution) Scheme, 2019 (for short “SVLDR Scheme) have been challenged. 2. On 13.11.2025, when the matter was heard in extenso and one liner order passed in all the writ petitions was brought to the notice of learned counsel appearing for the respondents, a request was made by the learned counsel for the respondents to adjourn the matter for 19.11.2025 to enable him to seek instructions. 3. Today, learned counsel for the respondents has submitted that impugned order rejecting the petitioners’ claim to avail benefits under SVLDR Scheme be set aside and they be permitted to pass fresh orders in accordance with law. 4. At this stage, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners have submitted that before passing any such order, the respondents be directed to afford due opportunity of hearing to them and till the matter is considered and decided by the respondents, interim directions issued earlier in each case be continued and they have further submitted that interim directions be allowed to continue for further four weeks in case any adverse order is passed by the respondents against the petitioners, so as to enable them to 4 WP(C) No. 904/2021 a/w connected matters. avail appropriate remedy as available under law. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents is not averse to the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners. 5. Accordingly, in view of the consensus arrived at between the learned counsel for the parties, orders impugned in these writ petitions, whereby the petitioners were denied the benefits of SVLDR Scheme, are set aside and the matters are remitted to the respondents for fresh consideration and disposal in accordance with law and while doing so, the respondents shall afford due opportunity of hearing to the petitioners. Till then interim directions issued by this Court in each case shall remain in force and in case of adverse order against the petitioners, the interim directions issued in each case shall remain operative for another four weeks to enable them to avail appropriate remedy as available under law. 6. All writ petitions are, accordingly, disposed of. 7. We may, however, clarify that this order shall not constitute any expression of opinion on the merits of the case of the either party, for, the Authorities shall proceed and decide the matter afresh strictly in accordance with law. 8.
