The petitioners herein have challenged an order dated 31.07.2023 passed by the District Magistrate, Amethi, by which instead of revising the circle rate, he has taken a decision that the circle rate as prevailing from 01.08.2020 shall continue till 31.07.2024. Apart from delay in approaching this Court, we have been informed by learned Standing Counsel Shri Manish Mishra that circle rates have now been revived vide order dated 01.04.2025. 3. Considering the delay and the aforesaid facts, we see no reason to entertain this writ petition. 4.
