The present petition has been filed with the following relief: "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no.4 to remove the encroachment and illegal occupation of respondent no.6 and 7 from the land gata no.810=0.2530 hectare, situated at village-Pindari, Pargana- Sandi, Tehsil- Bilgram, District- Hardoi, which is recorded as Khad ke Gaddhe in the revenue record." 3. Learned Standing Counsel, based upon the instructions, states that the proceedings have already been concluded. 4. Considering the said statement, the petitioner may file an execution application under Clause 460 of the U.P. Revenue Court Manual, which shall be decided in accordance with law. 5.
