The instant application has been filed seeking the following relief: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to quash the entire proceedings of Case Crime No.378 of 2023, State Vs. Shivendra Singh Chauhan, under Section 409, 420 IPC, Police Station Aliganj, District Lucknow, pending in the court of ACJM-II-nd, Court No.26, District Lucknow." 4. The parties have entered into a compromise and a compromise deed in this regard has been filed which has been verified by the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Court No.26, Lucknow, copy of report of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II is annexed at Annexure No.5 of the Application. 5. As the parties have entered into a compromise which fact is not denied by Mohd. Salman, Advocate appearing for the opposite party no.2, therefore, present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is allowed in terms of compromise between the parties. 6. In view of the compromise entered into between the parties, the entire proceedings of Case Crime No.378 of 2023, State Vs. Shivendra Singh Chauhan, under Sections 409, 420 IPC, Police Station Aliganj, District Lucknow pending in the court of A.C.J.M.-2nd, Court No.26, District Lucknow, are hereby quashed.
