He further submits that in future whenever the recruitment on the post of Anganwadi Karyakarti made, this post shall be filled in the category of EWS. The written instructions provided are taken on record. In view of these instructions, no orders are required to be passed. Petition is disposed of in terms of aforesaid instructions.
