However, there is some dispute about the Waqf which is pending before the Waqf Tribunal. Therefore, permission is not being granted. 3. Even if it is so, the remedy would be before this Court at Allahabad and not at Lucknow. Merely because, the Waqf Tribunal has not been constituted as yet, this would not give a cause to the petitioner to maintain a petition at Lucknow seeking direction to opposite party no.3 stationed at Bareilly to grant permission for Urs. 4.
