The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents would submit that the investigation is pending and they are unable to identify the offending vehicle so far. However, they will complete the investigation and file Final Report within two months. 3. Considering the prayer sought for in this petition, recording the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court directs the second respondent to complete the investigation and file Final Report within a period of two months from the date of this order. 4.
