Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the Civil Judge (J.D.) Tanda, Ambedkar Nagar to decide the Original Suit No. 610/2011 filed under Order 7 Rule 1 CPC (Contained at Annexure No. 1 to this petition) within stipulated period as it may be directed by this Hon'ble Court in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2011, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
