The applicant has an alternative efficacious remedy under Section 17 of the Act of 2002 against the action of the respondent-Bank. In view thereof, in the considered opinion of this Court, this writ petition is not maintainable. The same is dismissed accordingly. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of.
