Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayer :- "(i). To direct the opposite party no. 1 to finally decide the Regular Suit No. 2560 of 2014 in re Radheyshyam Ram alias Shyam Radhey Shyam Versus M/S ICICI Bank Ltd. expeditiously within the stipulated time frame in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the suit is pending since 2014, it is directed that the trial court shall endeavour to decide the aforesaid pending suit with all expedition, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of copy of this order. 4.
