JUSTICE MOKSHA KHAJURIA KAZMI, JUDGE ORDER(ORAL) By this petition, the petitioner herein is seeking a direction upon the respondents to conduct demarcation of the land measuring 15 kanals falling under Khasra No. 9, khewat no. 2 and khata no. 20 and land measuring 1 kanal falling under khasra no. 10 min, khewat no. 2 and khata no. 20 situated at village Sehora, Tehsil Bishnah, District Jammu. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would feel satisfied if the instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for demarcation of the said land. In view of the innocuousness of the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the instant petition is disposed of at its threshold with a direction to the respondents to consider the case of the petitioner for Sr. No. 122 2 demarcation of land comprising 15 kanals falling under Khasra No. 9, khewat no. 2 and khata no. 20 and land measuring 1 kanal falling under khasra no. 10 min, khewat no. 2 and khata no. 20 situated at village Sehora, Tehsil Bishnah, District Jammu within four weeks from the date a copy of this order is furnished upon the respondents.
