Petitioner approached this Court for issuance of a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2/Superintendent of Police, Gonda to stop opposite party no.6 from making indecent, obscene and inflammatory comments/remarks on facebook against the petitioner and her family members and to take legal action in the matter so that privacy and dignity of the petitioner and her family members can be protected as assured under Article 21 of the Constitution. A Counter Affidavit is filed by the opposite party no.6 today in the Court making a specific averment that he has deleted all the materials from his facebook with regard to the petitioner and her husband.
