(Oral) Applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.0700 of 2023, under Section 8/22C of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985, Police Station Kotwali Gangnahar, District Haridwar. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused. 3. This is the third bail application. The first bail application, being BA1 No.338 of 2024, was dismissed as withdrawn on 08.04.2024. The second bail application, being BA2 No.210 of 2024, was rejected on 13.09.2024. 4. It is argued by learned counsel for the applicant that co-accused, having similar role, have already been granted bail. 5. This fact is admitted by learned State Counsel. 2 6. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 7. The bail application is allowed. 8. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each in the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
