Case No. 03 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 324(5), 326 of the B.N.S. and cognizance has been taken under Sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 324(5), 326(g) of the B.N.S., pending in the court of Sri Ishraque Zeya Khan, learned J.M.F.C., Dhanbad. Petitioner is the one of 59 accused persons, who are alleged to have set ablaze the office of AJSU Party at Kharkahari Talab. It was submitted that name of the petitioner has come on the basis of information given by undisclosed sources. It was further submitted that co- accused Mahesh Karmkar has been granted bail by this Court earlier. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Ishraque Zeya Khan, learned J.M.F.C., Dhanbad or his successor, in connection with Madhuban P.S.
