The petitioner has sought the following main relief: "Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direct the opposite party No. 1 to 4 to keep the statue of Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar at Gata No. 3090/0.2660 Hectare situated at Village Rautpur Kalyanman, Sandila, Hardoi, in the interest of justice." Admittedly, the statue is no longer in the aforesaid Gata and is lying with the police. The Gata is earmarked for Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar Park. It is not very clear as to who manages this park and what right the petitioner has in this regard. We, therefore, do not find it a fit case for interference. Petitioner may avail other remedies available under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, if he has locus standi. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
