Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner fairly submits that the grievance raised in the instant petition stands redressed and, as such, he has instructions not to pursue the matter any further.

With a view to substantiate his claim, learned counsel for the petitioner has placed on record a communication dated 19.12.2025 which has been addressed by the concerned Executive Engineer, PWD (R&B) Division, Kishtwar, to the Chief Engineer, PW(R&B) Department, wherein the arbitration case of the petitioner has been decided and a request has been made by the concerned Executive Engineer to the Chief Engineer to release Rs.4.17 lacs for keeping at the disposal of the Division to settle the pending claim of the petitioner. Copy of the communication dated 19.12.2025 is taken on record. Sr. No. 11

3. Thus, in the light of the aforesaid development, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he has instructions not to pursue the matter any further, as the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
4. In view of the aforesaid backdrop, the instant petition is, accordingly,
disposed of.
