In view of the substantial compliance made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition. 5. Accordingly, this petition is ordered and condition No.7(iii) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.2086 of 2025, dated 04.03.2025, is hereby modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the learned Principal Special Judge, Special court for Trial of Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic SubstanceAct Cases, Madurai, weekly twice (i.e., on Monday and Friday) at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
