The present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to quash the summoning order dated 15.01.2025 passed by the Court of Special Judge (S.C/S.T.) Act Ambedkar Nagar in Criminal Case No.76/2025 State Vs. Ankit Singh and others whereby by applicants have been summoned under Section 323, 504, 506 IPC and Section 3(1)D/Dh SC/ST Act and to quash the charge sheet filed in Case Crime No.32 of 2024, Police Station Ahirauli District Ambedkar Nagar under the aforesaid sections. 3. In this matter a preliminary objection has been raised by learned AGA that against the impugned order, Appeal under Section 41(A) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989 would lie. 4. In view of the objection raised by learned AGA, this Application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to file Appeal under Section 41(A) of SC/ST (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989.
