The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Wherefore, it is most respectfully prayed that this Hon'ble Court may graciously be pleased to direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ambedkar Nagar to expeditiously decide the Original Suit No.258 of 2024 (Roshan Versus Deepu alias Deepak and others), pending in the court of Civil Judge (Junior Division), Ambedkar Nagar, according to law within time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 3. Considering the submissions made by the Counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to move an appropriate application for expeditious disposal of the suit. In case, such an application is moved within two weeks from today, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law as well as the administrative guidelines/ circular of this Court.
